Devine OS - The future of programmable asset management

Overview

Devine OS is a DeFi app and vault platform for institutional-grade yield. Users allocate into non-custodial vaults that route capital to vetted quant, DeFi yield, and credit strategies under explicit risk controls. Behind the app, Devine OS connects multiple chains and trading venues into a single programmable system for deposits, execution, settlement, and reporting.

For trading teams and asset managers, Devine OS is a way to ship strategies as vaults without rebuilding infrastructure. The platform handles the non-custodial vault wrapper, deposits and withdrawals, on-chain share accounting, cross-venue routing across CeFi and DeFi, and transparent reporting. Teams get a clean way to raise and manage capital, with strategies exposed through a single app and API, under clear risk policies and automation they don’t have to maintain.

For builders, apps, and protocols, Devine OS works as a programmable capital layer. SDKs and APIs let them deposit and withdraw into any vault, read NAV, positions, and balances in a standardized way, and use vault shares as primitives for their own products (lending, structured notes, leverage, credit, and more). Instead of wiring directly to multiple exchanges, bridges, and strategies, they integrate Devine OS once and gain access to a curated set of institutional-grade vaults and a unified settlement and reporting stack behind them.
